BBI partners with NIST to develop the 'Gold Standard' in nanoparticles
BBInternational has been selected by US federal agency ‘The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) as the source of high quality colloidal gold nanoparticles for part of its range of "Certified Reference Materials".
The 10, 30 and 60nm size specifications will be used by diagnostic, research and drug discovery organisations as reference standards for use in pre-clinical, biomedical research.
